Project Overview

The interior development of Sunset Beach focuses on a refined interpretation of French-inspired residential design. Classical proportions and detailing are balanced with a more restrained contemporary approach, creating spaces that feel elegant and established without becoming overly decorative.

Design & Material Direction

Custom millwork plays an important role in defining the architectural character of the interiors, working alongside stone, porcelain surfaces, tile, and furnishings to create a layered material palette. Particular attention was given to proportion, detailing, finish coordination, and the transitions between built-in elements and surrounding architectural finishes.

Integrated Project Scope

Ammisura provided full-scope design development together with the design, fabrication, and installation of custom architectural millwork. Our work also included the detailing, fabrication, and installation of tile, porcelain slab, and natural stone, as well as furniture and soft furnishing selections.

The coordinated scope allowed architectural detailing, materials, and furnishings to be developed as part of one interior language—from detailed design through fabrication and final installation.
